IPQC will check the good quality materials instock and send back the defective products

Producing
The warehouse receives the good material forthe production order promptly and transfers itto the production department to install

IQC
After assembling completely lQC inspectsthe produced machine before aging to reducethe probability of material damage caused byerror assembly

Aging
All the machines must be aging for 48 hours

QA
QA is testing the aging machines before packaging

Packing
Packaging for products that are passed by QA

QC check out all packaged machines.

Shipment
QC find no problems in the casual inspection,the whole lot arrange the shipment
